Anti-corruption

Under Article 62(2) of the Law of Ukraine “On Corruption Prevention” (No. 1700-VII) and the decision of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention No. 75 of 02.03.2017, the Anti-Corruption Programme of PrJSC “Kyiv Electrotechnical Plant Transsignal” (the “Programme”) was developed and approved.

The Programme is the company’s baseline document setting out rules, standards and procedures to identify, counter and prevent corruption.

The Programme applies to everyone seeking employment, currently employed, or formerly employed by the company.

Under the Programme, ongoing control is ensured over compliance with legislation and mitigation of identified corruption risks in: tendering and procurement; preparation and conclusion of contracts (including leases); HR policy; staff incentives; allocation of dormitory housing and health-resort vouchers.
